Intro
Here's some things to keep in mind going forward with this guide:

  • If you're bad at following save slot guides, I recommend using only 2 saves at any one time: 1 slot permanently for your character, so you don't have to repeat your gender each playthrough and one slot for SAVE commands. Every time you're asked to SAVE, just go ahead and overwrite that 2nd save slot. Any time you die, reload that 2nd save slot and keep going with the choices/branches until the end of the playthrough. When the playthrough is "done", and you've clicked all the choices - load the character 1st save slot to start the next playthrough. Rinse and repeat.

  • Edit for update: ACHIEVEMENTS ARE FIXED. You can get 100% achievements now. 1 achievement is currently not a thing - "Product #5". You haven't missed this achievement in the guide - it just doesn't exist, despite Products #1-#4 having achievements.

  • Take the trigger warnings seriously. I'll be reposting them again. You need to go through quite triggering moments from the very beginning of this game to get a large majority of the endings. These moments cannot be avoided in the "good" endings.

  • True to the fact this is a dark horror-porn game, there are no "good" endings. However, this guide touches all bases and there are some better than other endings hidden throughout. I cannot separate endings from triggering moments.

  • CGs are repeated. "Normal" CGs in the Ending section of the records have multiple repeating CGs for both Jak and Wade. If you see a repeat CG, it could very well be a different ending. Check before you comment that you're missing something.

  • TIMED answers can be repeated. If you fail one, simply use the mousewheel to scroll up and click the button when given the chance. You can redo this as much as you want, and can: Fail a timed choice, save, reload and then still scroll back up to redo the choice.

  • DEAD ENDs are not necessarily deaths. I've just named them that for lack of a better word.

  • There are 42 achievements, 5 Product CGs, 5 "Achievements",
    6 CGs, 3 "Special" CGs and 10 Endings for Wade (TOTAL: 15/42 Achievements)
    4 CGs, 3 "Special" CGs and 20 Endings for Jak (Technically 23) (TOTAL: 27/42 Achievements)
Wade - Playthrough 1
Wade can be "split up" into three runs, with various deviations to those runs. He has considerably less endings than Jak, but more definitive "endings" with CGs. I recommend doing Wade's route first - and by the end of this section you should have 15/43 achievements, with the other 28 from Jak.

Wade - Playthrough 2

    Missable "ACHIEVEMENT" #3 - Select "Go back to the motel.". Play that choice instead until the achievement "I'm not messing with that!" pops.
RELOAD.
  • Wait for the police
  • Follow the wind noise
  • Open the Door - Unlocks "Your Eyes Will Never Feel Clean!", Wade Special CG #1 and "ACHIEVEMENT #1.
  • Try to escape the cuffs
  • Look for a weapon
SAVE HERE.
    DEAD END:
  • Run back to your chair.
  • Open your mouth
  • Stay still
  • Close Your Mouth - Unlocks "You Got Dumped!", CG #4 and Ending #4.
RELOAD SAVE
  • Open the door
  • Stab him!

Guide is fixed! Took me a hot minute to find out the exact niche answers for Wade Playthrough 3, but it works. Make sure you click them exactly for that one - it's really easy to score juuuust under or over the hidden affection needed to make it work.

I found the issues in Jak's playthrough 4 & 5 and they're now fixed! Wade's playthrough is a little more complex so it'll probably take me a hot minute as I had to rewrite quite a bit of it. But I've spotted that error, too, and I know how to fix it so that'll be done later.

For now, thought I'd update that Jak's fixed now at least. (thanks for the kind words, too!)

Hi there, thanks for shouting that out! I have over 30 guides so sometimes if a dev doesn't put up clear patch notes saying they've updated the game, errors slip by me. I'll update it by the weekend with the fixes.
