-1 Library- Keeps you warm and let's you study
-2 Bathroom/ Water fountain- Will keep you clean and warm -PS fountain will not give warmth
-3 Shop- At least try and have 2 or 3 of these near your hostel
-4 Job Center- as soon as you get enough study your gonna want to have one near you
-5 Recycling Center- This will be helpful when you have full scrap

-1 Police Station- Unless you play as a criminal this is no help
-2 Subway station- Its never worth the time or money
-3 Bar- You can always buy drinks at the shops
-4 Restuarant- I don't think this building is anything valuable except for the long run
-5 Clinic- Unless you are a trash eater this building doesn't help

-1 Real Estate- End your Struggles
-2 Park- Meet other homeless
-3 Laundrette- was your clothes
-4 Bank- Important for the long run but you can take the bus
