I'm not sure how you reply to individual comments, but I changed the build a bit. Your insight ?

This is pretty close to correct, but you really, really want to max Healing Ward asap - it's the reason you would pick Juggernaut. A maxed healing ward on a tower means each creep takes six extra tower hits, not including any armor that other items may be giving them. Juggernaut is one of the strongest dudes for an early push lineup for that reason.

Additionally, since his BAT change, you want to build attack speed on Juggernaut, especially before Aghs. Diffusal and Maelstrom in particular over perform with his ult.

Battlefury is just bad on Juggernaut - it adds nothing he needs besides raw damage, and there are better items for that.
