Low RNG Amalgamation: Myrmidon Specialization

WHAT:
Another primary specialization for Amalgamation Classes, this one uses a Cannon/LMG, is somewhat mobile, and is weakly psionically themed.

WHY:
LMGs feel rather underrepresented, base Gunner and Harbinger basically revolve around a similar bread-and-butter of vanilla LMGs that is supression and multishot abilities (or at least that was the case last I looked, dunno if Stukove changed anything about Harbinger in the latest shake-up), Dreadnought is more of a general defensive spec, and Fury... well, from what I remember it was a tertiary back when I originally looked, not sure now. Heard it got changed a lot, but haven't had time to look.

So I poked around, trying to cobble enough perks to get something that had it's own feel, and this is the best I could come up with. Weaker thematically than I'd wish, but better than nothing.

LOW RNG?:
Simply speaking instead of RNG heavy approach normal Amalgamation specializations take, with big decks throwing in random abilities at each rank, this spec is built with the approach that ability list should be ideally static, with random ability decks being used only if it makes thematically sense.

IS IT BALANCED:
Your guess is as good as mine on this one, hope it works up okay-ish, but I've yet to give it a proper test, since I'm still busy wrangling other parts of my modlist.

DEETS:
- Squaddie gets Strafing Fire.
- Corporal gets Sustained Fire.
- Sergeant gets Holo-Targeting.
- Lieutenant gets Blink.
- Captain gets Watchful Eye.
- Major gets Weapons Hot.
- Colonel gets Warp Shot.
