I wish I could help you with this but I am not knowledgeable enough in modding for now.
I know this problem is pretty common, for some reason I don't know, most mods adding collectible stuff don't respect the main game's rarity.

I love collection mods but they drop way too many cards.
Can you provide a sandbox variable for drop rate?
