Firstly you should put everything at the lowest possible setting, this will gain you the most FPS and help with gameplay.

Turn both options off here.

You can change this to your liking and whatever feels best!

Put this at values that dont hurt your ears.

Set the Field of View around 90-120 and the View Model Field of View around 95-100.
Some options here are up to personal prefrence, but i recommend to not use, Hide Crosshair and Imersive Mode.
