For all Achievements don't use Hints, if you don't wish to rerun.
You remove the smoke of the Barbecues by clicking on the lids.
The parachute cat appears by plugging in the power cord of the big fan and letting it then fly
Start the projector right of big fan to make the cat on the screen visable.
Some cats may be hidden in closed doors as the game closes all doors on restart.
If you are missing cats zoom out, follow the meow sound and zoom in to pinpoint the location.

The Pictures are Sorted from in 5 columns, from most left (L2) to left (L1), middle (M), right (R1) to most right (R2) and 4 rows (top to bottom).

It wasn't obvious for me where the lids are. They are usually put next to the grill / barbecue. There are a lot of cats missing from the pictures. For instance, in R2 there is a car. You can click on its doors and you can find 4 cats hidden inside.

I found a cat in picture 3 of L2! The door near of a ladder, Is behing of pizza box! Under the cat that already inside (He's sitting) in a portable toilet (I'm not sure if is a portable toilet... I suppose that). Took me more of an hour to find him!

I found a missing cat in picture 3 of L1. In the building under the space ship ferris wheel. In the widow on the right near the umbrella. Open the blind then in the left of the window you click on the draw and the cat's in there.
