Steps
Enabling Queen's Hand mode

Your save is located at %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Eremite Games\Against the Storm\ make sure you make a backup the entire directory in case it corrupts the save.

Locate the save

Open the file with any texteditor

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Eremite Games\Against the Storm\Profiles.save

Or

Type the following path into your file explorer %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Eremite Games\Against the Storm\ locate Profiles.save and open with a text editor(in built app from Windows will do)

Modify the save

The text should look like this:

[ { "id": null, "name": null, "lastPickTime": 1702053998138, "creationTime": 1665408074465, "ironmanEverWon": false, "isIronmanUnlocked": true, "isIronman": false, "isIronmanActive": false, "ironmanResult": false, "ironmanEndTime": 0, "ironmanWorldSeed": 0, "ironmanGamesWon": 0, "ironmanValidLosses": 0 } ]

Change the isIronmanUnlocked from false to true

Save the file. start the game.

Start the Queen's hand mode

At title screen, click your profile on the top right

There should be a Queen's hand tab at right, create a profile there.

One you switch the profile, click play and you should be at the start of Queen's Hand mode

I should note that this only seems to work on the PRIMARY profile.
I tried it on a secondary profile I had already created (because I was trying not to touch the primary where I had done P20 but pre-deed) and it didn't unlock until I changed the first profile.
