I did not account for auras in this guide.

Physical Strain

Bleed -> Claw -> Cripple -> Claw

Claw is glitched: it is guaranteed to crit if the target has a physical debuff.

Guard -> Iron Slam

This does a surprisingly high amount of damage.
Good counter to stuns, focus drain, and healing.
Ground Shock from the nature strain can be thrown in after Iron Slam to do more damage.

Fire Strain

Magma Beam -> Blaze Aura -> Blast

Snap Kick can be used after Blast to repeat the combo.

Shell Shock -> Snap Kick -> Break -> Shell Shock

Shell Shock also stuns for one turn.

Bleed -> Sear -> Flame Jet

Nature Strain

Stone Form -> Bleed -> Venom Claw -> Ground Shock -> Acid Slash

Bleed and Venom effects are 50% stronger due to Stone Form.
Stone Form is very likely to get a powerful mutation due to having no power scaling.
The Stone Form description is wrong: the duration is 4 turns.
Easy to follow up with Bleed since Stone Form recovers 50 focus.
Ground Strike and Acid Slash are completely optional, though it is more damage.
Sear can also be used while in Stone Form for a 50% stronger burn.

Frost Strain

Ice Wall -> Shatter -> Frost Charge -> Shatter

Lightning Strain

Disrupt -> Arc Flash

Bleed -> Energize -> Pulse -> Phase Blade

Electro Bolt rank 5 -> Bleed -> Pulse

Shadow Strain

Chroma Shell shadow -> Nightmare

Bleed -> Chaos Wind -> Blend -> Chaos Wind

Nightmare -> Chaos Wind

Weave -> another aoe ability

Haze from the nature strain works well with this.

Weave -> Shockwave (same thing as weave and Kara's turn 5 emp)
Force Field (passive trigger) -> Nightmare (self)
Volt Snare -> Shadow Waltz (passive)
Energize (self) -> Chroma Shell (shock res, haste from energize makes it more likely to be able to use chroma shell before being attacked or healed)

I haven't tested these, so take them with a grain of salt.

Not off the top of my head. I'll do some digging, though shadow shock isn't something I would typically pair together.
