1: You need to have any bar; iron, steel, damascus, etc.
2: Make 3 strips with 1 bar at your anvil.
3: Melt your strips back into bars at your smelter.

Notes: You can get 6 bars back for every 1 bar you put in if you successfully do the mini-game on the bellows.
