Don't wait Afk!
Don't quit the game.
Don't troll, don't damage your teammates.
Don't vote for kick.
Try to play with teammates of the same level as yours.
Do not play with players who have a low trust factor.
Do not list VAC banned knowledge.
The profile is good to be public.
If you have a coder in the team, give a report. (it matters a lot)
Use decent nick names.
* (If you buy expensive skins it doesn't help anything.)

If you have a low Trust Factot, you can start with what is written above.
You can also email Valve.
If you believe your matches are of low quality due to trust factor, you can email us at the address below with the subject "Trust Factor Feedback":
CSGOTeamFeedback [a rond] valvesoftware [dot] com (that's what Valve tells us)
If you already have a low trust factor, do not try boosting services!!!

Be as active as possible in the community.
Play DeathMatch and Casual.
You can also play other games on the Steam platform.
You can take a break of 1-2 weeks from the game.
Try to get Service Medal.
Activate Steam Guard
Try to get commends.
Remove from the list of friends those with VAC ban.
Try to increase the level on steam (it helps, not very much, but it helps)

It depends on which category you fall into as a trust factor, the process to have a 100% reliable trust factor can take some time.
I hope this little tutorial helps someone.
I wish you only green matches!
PS: my English is not very good, but you understand :D
