Side House

描述
This is a 1:1 port of the Side House region which is the first modded region to be released and is mostly made of unused rooms.
The differences between the 1.5 version and this one is that this one has baked rooms, some broken spawns were fixed, a softlock was removed and it now supports expedition.
If you play Riv/Saint you wont be able to use the SS gate but you can use Downpour slugcats just fine otherwise.
'Adds a new region connecting Shoreline, 5P, and Depths.
An amalgamation of many of the game's unused rooms.
Also includes a couple custom unlockable maps for arena mode.
This mod adds an entirely new region to Rain World, called Side House, that connects between Shoreline, Five Pebbles, and the Depths.
It can function as an alternate, less tedious path to do neuron deliveries to Moon. The region is an amalgamation of many of the map files in the game data that went unused in the final game.
The region also contains two colored pearls that can be found and given as a gift to Moon. These pearls are unique to this region with their own lore text. One (purple) is about the average difficulty to obtain as most colored pearls. However, the other (cyan) is meant for players looking for a challenge.
The mod also comes with two new maps that can be unlocked for arena/sandbox mode.
This mod was created by AndrewFM, with custom threat music by Mikronaut.'

when i try to load the mod it crashes

Most of the region mods shouldnt get affected by the patches so the fact that the mod has a different target version doesnt cause any issues, that message means nothing

And also, what do you mean with crashes? Do you mean like after some time when you die or shelter or another type of crashes?

when i look at my mod list side house is orange, and when i select it it says "Target game version v1.9.07b (current game version 1.9.15b)" above the description in orange text. also it may be unrelated but my game keeps crashing when i have it on.

How many times do i have to say that the update didn't break region mods? i just tested this (again) and it works fine, your problem is elsewere

@LuciferGodAngel i can definitely see where you're coming from, since going through reskins of rooms you've already been in is quite dull, but i dont think that was the intent when porting this

i feel its more for those good ol rainworld mod enjoyers who'd like a trip back down memory lane a bit, since this region mod is a HUGE blast in the past, so it being left mostly unchanged is probably for good reason

however, im not you, so you take this however you will i suppose, im just spouting my opinion blindly

can someone make a backrooms region

Now this region makes even less sense when some of these unused rooms were finally used in Downpour. With this installed, you will basically have same copies of rooms in the world. The only thing i liked about this region is a threat theme, but i hoped it would've been used for something else.
