This requires you to use the zipline in the safar level.
Get into the tower in the middle by shooting the ball behind the counter (there's a way in just to the right of it, indicated by the arrow). This teleports the ball upward. From there all you have to do is cross the bridge and the ball will automatically hook onto the zipline.

In the level with the ring of fire, shoot next to it so the ball is NOT on fire and try to land close to the hidden komodo dragon (indicated by the red arrow).

Get to the level where the ball goes around a circle of people, setting fire to the lighters they hold. After going around, the circle opens up and balloons rise up through it. Simply wait at the end for the balloon parade to pass through the memorial.

You start this level off by gowing down a tower and entering a small museum section. Cross this part and you'll be just outside the tower on a small platform. From there you need to get the ball into the museum (indicated by the red arrow) in one shot.

Just go through the first course with an average that is below the par score.
