Another Amalgamation Spec presented to you by #NotAModder Stukov-T.TV

What is this
This is an implementation of part of Cerebralclouds Mechanic class, without the pistol and holotargetting stuff.

Mechanic
It is a secondary spec that can ONLY use sparkbit and NO gremlin. I put it rather high on the power ranking. It is great in supporting your mechanical units and eliminating/debuffing opposing robotic units. I recommend using my AWC Limiter as it allows the special bit protocols in the XCOM Row, but only if the soldier can use a sparkbit.

Dependencies
Required Mods are Required. Considering the Mechanic some of its required mods are actually not needed. You don't need True Primary Secondaries or Primary Secondaries because i do not use the primary pistol stuff here. Instead of [WOTC] Mechatronic Warfare: Total SPARK Overhaul you can also use Mechatronic Warfare Perk Pack

After starting a campaign with this spec I noticed that Mechanics cannot hack lampposts. Is this intentional?

Modular Sparks actually is not needed. ... neither is True Primary Secondaries and you xan use Mechatronic Warfare Perk Pack instead of the full overhaul

Are all the requirements of the required items necessary as well? Do I need to be running Modular Sparks?
