First Step
First invade a player that is AFK and then throw corosive urns at them. They can be dropped by corrosive ants near the third bonfire in Shrine of Amana. They are also sold by the rat king after joining the covenant for 700 souls each.
Second Step
Keep throwing the urns untill you see that their armor and weapons have broke You can moove them around a little too just to confuse them more.
Third Step
After you have broken everything they have leave a single repair powder. It wont repair there stuff but it just ads insult to injory.
Final Step
Leave the worlld useing the black crystal and when they return they will have no idead what happened.

I had a hacker yesterday who just spammed infinite acid surge all around iron keep. 5K souls and all my stuff was fixed. I still got to own his ass so it's a 5k well invested.

Plus I reported him :)

Can't you just use chameleon and go AFK, that'd probably more more frustrating than breaking a few bits of equipment with only low costs of repairing them.

It's hardly annoying anyone, really. It cost nothing to repair rings, armor, weapons etc.
