• Increase the minimum wage to around 240-350
  
  
• massively increase the budget for organic farming assistance
  
  
• Set tax investigations to the most restrictive one (You can revert later)
  
  
• Raise company tax from 19 to 20
  
  
• Make minor increases to welfare like solidarity allowances and severance pay
  
  
• Make peace with Russia, end the war before attempting to join the EU

It will help you to find as much dirt on parliament members as possible regardless of which party they're in & make friends with as many people in your own party and opposition parties as possible to help leverage votes,blackmail does not always work so sometimes a friendly approach is required - Its is important as you need to raise the minimal wage in Ukraine which for some reason the parliament will vote against if you don't have the leverage to change this.

This will allow Ukraine or help allow Ukraine to meet the criteria for joining the European Union so you can earn the achievement so far only 0.8% of players have obtained.

Each time you attempt to join the EU, upon being declined it should list reasons for being declined, keep working at it until that list of reasons gets shorter each time

To be honest we all know Ukraine's future in the EU has been almost promised by the EU itself anyway, Thing is in this version it seems allot harder to join the EU and to actually join you need to do things that aren't at all realistic or logical

For example to be able to meet the criteria I have found you need to raise the wages in Ukraine so high that everyone in parliament vote against you, Which you have to overcome by finding dirt on politicians in parliament and bribing them, Since Ukraine's riddled with corruption and scandal within its government in this game this isn't too hard to do, it just takes time, lots and lots of time and patience, the other issue that could arise from this is dissatisfied members of the cabinet especially the treasurer so be mindful of this too

Once you've done the impossible task of raising the wages too high you'll start to notice illegal employment skyrocket, Lowering taxes for companies and employers and gradually reducing the minimal wage later on will help to bring those levels down, You can also gradually raise the "combat against illegal employment" or whatever it is in the "work and employment" section.

I've noticed that once you're in the EU, reducing the wages is just as hard as it was to raise to the ridiculous levels because now they're up high, you'll be met with resistance by the public and the government when trying to bring it back down, Its a catch 22, you upset everyone by raising it to the levels you have to join the EU, and then upset everyone again when you try lower it, and you need to lower it to combat the issue of illegal employment (I'm sure some of you pros could use your intense knowledge on political finances to sort that )

I have not tried to join the EU as any other nation yet, I just know that getting into the EU appears to be bugged for many so, Thought I'd share how I did it.

It took so much trial and error to get it right, does not feel totally realistic though having to do some of the things you do to get in but it is what it is.

I'm not an expert, I'm sure some of you know more about this than I do
