Gigglesey Ragdoll Hex

My first TF2 Freak is now on the workshop.

Gigglesey is someone who loves to make people laugh, and in return, it grants him his powers. His power builds up with the yellow glow, so he can unleash a Hyper Laugh, fight hand to hand combat with stronger attacks, heal himself or someone else when injured, or a Laff Attack to make others chuckle and giggle continuously until they are either dead if not shot with the revolver he carries around in case his power is empty. His powers don't last forever, and without them he's almost helpless...but that's the motivation which keeps him joking on!

Now it doesn't need TF2 anymore! At least I hope.
