Follow the instructions listed in the section below to join the Public Beta. Picture guide included.

Why Would I Want To Join The Public Beta?
The public beta is just all around more of an enjoyable and up to date experience.

The current default (retail) version of the game is an old version from early 2018 and does not represent the latest state of the game. Since the retail version was released almost over 5 years ago the game has went through a lot of development in the beta. With additions like Multiplayer, Infinite Worlds and bug fixes and hundreds of other changes.

Tutorial | Join The Beta
Follow These Instructions To Join The Beta:
1) Open Steam, navigate to your game library.
2) Locate Total Miner in the list of games, and right click it.
3) Select "Properties", a new window would open.
4) Select the "Betas" (below the "Installed Files" tab)
5) Select the drop-down to the right of "Beta Participation"
6) In the list of options, select "beta_open".
The game should then begin updating or queue and update for download. If this does not happen, try restarting Steam.
