There are some requirements to do this:
150+ food (best = fastest taming, medium, slower, dont use berries to not wait 6 hours.)

~50+ simple jammers/ ~30 pro jammers

1 tank (found on the map)

Tactic

Drive tank to nearest base that has patrol sergeant, shoot one time to bait it, then driveaway from base to safe spot (in forest/etc where players cant find you), shoot the patrol sergeant with tank gun and turret, make it half healthbar (tame icon must appear), exit the tank, he will shoot tank, not you. Try to throw simple jammer at him, once you've done, insert food, and wait, i tried with medium food (roast meat) and it took 2,5 hours to tame it.
