Report a translation problem
Anyone who is not going to be playing in a game that is part of the Senior team should be made available for the "lesser" teams to get their playing time. They should also get preferential treatment over any player part of the "lesser" teams since they're part of your core.
To easily label who gets to play and who doesn't; Senior > Youth > Reserve.
At least if you use my way of structuring since I use the Reserve team mainly as my transfer list and the players I put there essentially has no value to me.
