Welcome there , i came across this bug/glitch randomly.

Get the "Gas Station Simulator - Party Time DLC" that is free on the store , upgrade the party area to the max.
Then make some stocks of drinks,alcool,food,smoking stuff and bunch of every hats.
Once done , add your items in stock to the party area pc , get back to your warehouse and use " the alien reset client and vehicules ".
This will complete the party and give you the xp from it , meaning you can get 250-350 reputation every few minutes with enought stock.
Repeat untill level 10+.
