Just edit a file!
Launch the game first!

Open the following file in Notepad++ or any text editor of your choice that reloads the file when updated:
C:\Users\*YOURUSERNAME*\AppData\LocalLow\Chowbie\Wedding Witch\GameData.es3

Edit away!!

The easiest to max out is to simply edit the "LoveCoin" value with a large number and just buy all upgrades. This will save you several hours of grinding. :)

NOTE: I am not responsible if this breaks your achievement progress. :3

to unlock forms:
add a item like:
"SmallBreastFormCount" : {
"__type" : "int",
"value" : 1
},

and so on. there are totally 6 forms.

u should edit another GameData.es3 :
path to Steam\userdata\ some numeber \ some number \remote\GameData.es3

because each time launching the game, it ll replace the save file due to cloud storage.

For anyone, struggling to find the file on linux, it's located in ~/.config/unity3d/Chowbie/Wedding Witch. The hack helped me, just edit the file while the game's open. Tried searching for the gold value throug gameconquerer, but it seems like gold value is encoded somehow, since I couldn't find anything related to it no matter how much time I search

I really wish I read this before grinding it's content the normal way. I lost sleep for this.

Also, I'm mad that I got 99% of the achievements and that's still not enough to get all the upgrades. That's a big oversite of the developer.
