TM 31-210 Improvised Munitions Handbook (Bomb Recipes Magazine)

This mod adds a magazine that allows characters without engineer occupation to learn engineer-specific bomb recipes. This uncommon item can be found in book stores, libraries, gun stores and very rarely in other locations like post offices and electronics stores. On default settings (Apocalypse) you'll probably find atleast one in any book store bigger than Book Naked in Rosewood.
