This is an addon that i designed a while back to allow players to collar each other and drag them around, with the influence going either one way or both depending on setup. Some people I know have been pushing me to make this addon public for a while now and I finally gave in and did it. Despite the above image this addon works on both humans and ponies (I also maintain the pony mod and it was originaly designed for that before having human compatability added). I haven't properly tested it with every single human model so it might not work for some. Inform me if that's the case and I'll try to get around to fixing those (eventually, I've got a final semester of college to finish and two part time jobs so it might be a while but I will get around to it).

The menu's for the collar addon are in the tools menu. Have fun~
Someone pointed out that I should consider allowing it to collar NPC's. I'd have to look into that since I didn't put much throught into it during the design phase. Won't be for a while though.
