Adds more lines for when a map transitions on specific maps, to vary up the responses a bit more.

Also adds these map-specific lines to campaigns the survivors don't belong to, like some for L4D2 survivors in No Mercy so this might overwrite some responses in the 8-player talker.

Will NOT conflict with any other talker addons.

Local/dedicated server only.
