How to Fix (most) Issues in Mafia II: Definitive Edition

This Guide will show you how to fix various errors

In this guide I'll show you how I was able to fix MOST of the bugs in my playthrough.

Issues like

- Smoke Bug
- Distorted Faces in Cutscenes
- Lags in cars when they drive fast or drive a curve
- Car falls through the street
- Character falls through the map
- Chinatown not loading at all
- Some dialogues are too fast
- Map, World or Street errors
- White, Blue or Black Errors
- Texture bugs
And various other bug

Undefined - Subtitle / Text Glitch :

Unfortunately, the subtitle/text glitch can only be fixed with a different language

Undefined Subtitle :

Undefined Text :

( Upper left corner of the image )
( Missions waypoint )

How to Fix Undefined Text :

Before starting the game, the 2k launcher opens, go to the game settings and change the language of the game.

Unfortunately I haven't found a proper fix for this glitch other than changing the language of the game in the 2K launcher or reinstalling the game.

Just wanted to say - none of this worked for me but thank you for trying. I despise Mafia 2 Definitive Edition.
