Certain thing's. Keep in mind There is new game pluss with other difficulty's

Bug's on Rations!
Right. When you see a bug like this on your Ration's. Be sure to hold L trigger, If on Xbox controler. L 2 if on PS controller. And shake the left analog stick up and down to shake the bug off.

Warning: It's un harmful so you can still use ration's when your HP reach's 0.

There are 361 Dog tag's All together. Here's the amount needed to Unlock Certain thing's.

Big Shell
Grip Strength!
By hugging the wall and pushing Y on X-box controller Tryangle on Playstation controller.
You'll do what they calla hanging posission. While in this form You will Hold both trigger's
for a Hole pull up!

Level 1
4 Pull up's a Set
100 Pull up's To level 2

Level 2
8 Pull up's a Set
100 Pull up's till Level 3
Level 3
11 Pull Up's a Set
And it just keep's going cause level 3 is your max! Aren't you
are fallowing me? :D

Also you can do this as Either Raiden, Or Snake!

Yes 100 If you canted More then 100 you probably did it wrong. It means From all the way stretched down to your head being all the way above what your gripping on. Your head will have to be over your hand's 100 time's in order for it to be 1 full pull up! :D Other wise I hope this guide Helped and Please by all mean's rate this guide and give it a gift! :D please and thank you!

Are you sure it takes 100 pull-ups per grip level? Because I've counted and it takes more than 100.

Also what does the game count as a pull-up?

I was going to comment with what SemiChrist did. 10 drop and catch is equivalent to 100 pullups.

Oh, on grip strength, if you can find a railing with another one directly underneath, you can hop over the rail and then press X to drop down. You'll wanna spam Triangle in order to catch the lower railing and you'll still miss it a lot. One drop counts as 10 pull-ups, though.
