So you grab some lumber from your Home Depot.

Then you grab some empty barrels.

Step 2

Then you put the barrels into a line.

Then you weld the barrels together.

Then you somehow push it back.

Step 3

Then you put the the lumber on the plastic barrels.

Then you weld the lumber to the barrels. Like this.

And if some of your lumber is not shaped correctly hire somebody like Jerry!

Then make him saw the wood.

Step 4

And if you have remaining lumber you can do whatever you want! Like this.

Step 5

Then you add some electronics (This is optional)

Then you put it all together. Like this.

Step 6

And you try to make the finished product float. Like this.
