Download and run this catch all fix that includes dgVoodoo
This WILL fix the Music, Widescreen Problems and Graphical Issues

STEP 3
Download the Shogo_21-9.rar and Extract ONLY D3DIM.DLL to
This WILL fix the crashes for resolutions above 1000 rows

STEP 4
Run Shogo: Mobile Armor Division and choose Customize and enable the Widescreen Patch and turn on Always load these rez files nextly, go back to the main screen and choose ADVANCED and enable ENABLE TRIPPLE BUFFERING

Following these steps should fix the game and make it somewhat playable.

ENABLING DIRECTPLAY
Enabling DirectPlay may make the game run if the methods above somehow didn't work

1. Open Search Menu and type TURN WINDOWS FEATURES ON and OFF
   
2. Expand Legacy Components.
   
3. Check DirectPlay and click OK to save changes.

COMPATIBILITY MODES
Go to
Right click on Shogo.exe and choose properties
Click on Compatibility tab
Run this program in compatibility mode for:
Windows XP (Service Pack 2)

These fixes should make the game run if the Main Method has failed.
