I guess you could technally do that, use poser and whatnot but you have to create your rig and whatnot so it works in those respective programs. I use blender because its easy, there's a lot of helpful stuff online and I have friends I can ask about certain things to do with blender. Basically there's a lot of information available to me for use in blender for specifically apb models/characters and what I do.
