to get fullscreen and support for ultrawide 21:9 (e.g. 3440 x 1440) you need just:

1. download a application: http://runtimeterror.com/tools/fullscreenizer/
2. run game in widower mode
3. run fullscreenizer and select a proces
4. click fullscreenize
5. done
