1. Open Task Manager

You can open it by pressing ctrl + alt + delete button on the keyboard or right clicking on the toolbar near the start button & click on "Start Task Manager"

2. Go to Processes tab & end all Steam related processes.

It works thanks !!! I was wondering if we could create a script that will launch action and then kill the steam.

Essa atualização de dezembro lascou tudo. Coloco para gravar e guando mando salvar ele trava. E não abre mais e perde o video, que chato. Perdi uma gravação de cs:go por causa disso.
