Malachi (LOB)

NOTE: I likely won't be updating this character until I am able to do a total rework on them. Expect Doomsayer soon though.

Rework of Malachi from The Forbidden Arts with several significant changes to transform them into a puppet/zoner character with oppressive fast scythe normals and specials that cover huge areas, designed to suffocate the opponent with blockstrings from a distance.

The biggest change is that they now have a commandable scythe known as Adrastea, which they can adjust both the delay and positioning of freely. The attacks Adra performs are unparriable, but will incur increasing framedata penalties with repeated use and distance from Malachi.
Additionally, Malachi may create a summoning circle at Adra's position with a toggle, which may then have either Malachi or Adra teleport to it.
Beyond her new options with her scythe, Malachi also gains several new specials, including Jadethorns: a special which causes several unparriable spikes to erupt from the ground and Incandescant Blade: an upgraded variant of Illuminant Blade which covers a huge distance, setting up immense chip damage and pressure.
