1st: you have to download ragdoll mover and stand pose otherwise your posing will suck

now, spawn your ragdoll
hold c and right click on it and press "stand pose"
the ragdoll will become a T-pose.
get your ragdoll mover
click on pelvis if you want it to put in the position where you want (middle click for rotation/moving)

after you put the ragdoll in the perfect spot you choose their arm and put it down or up or down
anywhere you want.
click the forearm (or not) and rotate it to the spot you want
click the legs to make it extra realistic. after clicking on it rotate it anywhere you want, don't make it bad
after putting them, you move the head to where you want to move.
yey your done
