Step 1 Make a new tab in Microsoft edge or chrome or whatever And Type what profile picture you want in. Step 2 Screenshot it. Step 3 Go back to steam and go to your profile. Step 4 Click Edit profile Step 5 Go to Avatar And Click Upload avatar Step 6 Choose the picture
Click Save and Have fun with it!!
