Place the vpk in "steamapps/Team Fortress 2/tf/custom"
Replaces the original mann co. hat but you can extract the VPK, rename the model to the hat you want to replace, then repack it using vpk.exe

It only really works on the Soldier, Demoman, Medic and Spy. Other classes have clipping. If you wish to fix that yourself, the SMD is attached, as well as the source texture.
