Beskrivning
Hi there, I'm here to welcome you to an early iteration of de_arctic, to show you and hopefully enlist your help so I may collect some early feedback on the layout, pacing and gameplay of de_arctic! I'll try to update this pretty frequently!

The map has some issues but none that are unplayable, I'll provide a short list of the known issues just to make sure you know I'm aware of them:

- Minimap is inaccurate and is a big placeholder
- Lighting is busted in some areas
- Map locations have no names yet
- Map is mostly only greyboxed out
- There are geometry holes in some areas of the map
- Bots are supported but they really love rushing mid
- Collisions on models at Site A are busted

Absolutely Disgusting 🚨🚨

I can't believe Steam is still hosting this map! The creator has been caught financially supporting Russia's war in Ukraine—funding a brutal invasion that has taken countless innocent lives. This is beyond unacceptable. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS MAP OR ITS CREATOR. 🚫

Valve needs to take action NOW and remove this from the workshop. Anyone with a shred of morality should report this immediately. No room for war profiteers in our community. 💀🔥 #StandWithUkraine 💙💛

Really like the map and theme.
Feels like theirs way to many angles to cover when working up the map for example the room that shows the cars really feels unnecessary. I really like it just not as a room as its just one if the many angles u have to clear. Some of the corridors are also just unnecessary like the one with the shelf just goes to the exact same place as the one next to it. Or when walking towards B on the left theirs two corridors going to the same place next to each other.
Most corridors but especially the one leading to B is just a straight up aim duel as theirs no straightforward way to clear angles with util and theirs so many corners it feels pointless to do so. One solution I could see is having more of the vents that are around the map or having open doorways like in the lobby. Corridors being turned into a place to contest to get into site could also work (ie ramp nuke,catwalk d2, mid mirage, mid/don ancient, ramp n stairs vertigo).
Both sites are just empty.

Add more cover to the upper B site and add more scientific equipment to it (getting inspiration from portal prelude wouldn't be a bad idea [GLaDOS chamber])

at site A
It has a bug that you can hide behind the wall of that area, but the enemy can't see you, but you can shoot and see the enemy 1 way .

Throwing a Utils at A's heaven thinggy's glass will cause the flash to bounce back instead of going to site, not sure if it's Source 2 problem or map but I'll leave it here anyway.

Thanks for the feedback, some of what you mentioned is a little bit addressed in the update I'm about to push and I'll work on what you suggested for mid.
