Kuvaus
Quality of life changes that aims to provide additional competitive info to the game and minor UI tweaks

Adds the following options (All on by default if you dont have mod options, all can be turned off with mod options):

- HP OPTIONS
- SADNESS OPTIONS
- MISC OPTIONS (like proration, whiff line on burst, etc)
- WIN SCREEN OPTIONS
- ZOOM IN AND OUT WITH THE KEYPAD'S + AND -
- AUTO REJECT MATCH REQUESTS (button is above the match settings)

a suggestion i thought of while making a scripted replay:
it would be very nice if there was some indicator to show when /em text was made. say, for example, making it log the text in the chatbox, as well as how many frames have passed since it was logged?
doesn't have to be exactly like that, but any kind of indicator to assist with dialogue timing would be GREATLY appreciated!!

oh, also, i cannot believe i never mentioned this before because it's been bothering me for ages-- the + and - to zoom in and out do not actually work at all! i'm not sure if it's an issue with the mod or my laptop keyboard, but whenever i try those keys nothing happens

About the Ready In and Hit @ labels: certain characters such as Wizard have resource meters that are on top of the current position of the labels.
