I played the ending of this map several times. Yes it can be killed. In cbe_apocalyptic_city_v4 the boss has 15000 health (it may take several minutes to kill him). and in cbe_apocalyptic_city_v4a it has 6000 health. Both versions of this map are included here.

you cannot kill the antilion with bullets you need to make it charge the handrail and fall off

this map was actually pretty alright until it threw an Antlion Guard in before the bomb. Ran out of ammo trying to kill it, its health is way too high.
