Omschrijving

Addon is port of the animations for HL2 NPCs from Mapbase mod for half-life 2, allowing users to make maps more conveniently and better.

Features
This addon changes animations of NPCs for them to use
  • pistols (combine soldiers)
  • AR2 (metrocops)
  • Shotgun (metrocops)
  • RPG (cops and soldiers)
  • Melee (soldiers)


-Changes pistol animations for rebels
So they can shoot while running

-Unarmed Combine soldiers now have proper animations



-Also, with MB animations NPCs can unholster and holster weapons (can be done by console command
"ent_fire !picker holsterweapon/unholsterweapon" or via Hammer)

!!!ATTENTION!!
Before telling me that this addons does not work, please consider doing this things:
  1. Try disable all other addons but this (especially the ones which changes the animations or models)
    if even this doesn't help, then
  2. Restart your game and try again

why does the animation pack make my combine tpose and fly and my rebels glitching out while tposing?

Another note: they (cops and citizens) can perform dynamic interactions with console variable "hl2_episodic" is enabled.

Nah, requires source code changes. Might be possible with LUA, but i'm not expert in it.

Oh, that is the "stimulated" animation, the same type of animation as for citizen. It's being used when they're in a combat\alert state.
