Beskrivelse
This mod makes it so the Legion and Santa Anna never gain claims on the Enclave(ERB). It also prevents the NCR from attacking the Legion. Because of how broken this is, this is of course for ERX Only.

DO NOT HAVE LATER NCR-LEGION WAR ON! THAT MOD WILL CONFLICT WITH THIS ONE!

No, this only works for ERX to prevent the war from happening before game mechanics ERX side allows for it.
