tried making torpedoes work but maps not deep enough

Known Issues (if there's more then let me know)

- Ships will often collide with each other

- Planes will sometimes dive directly into the water

- Sometimes there's comical amounts of teamkilling on the eagle carrier

but anyways, enjoy next map is gonna a combined arms map with two large islands
