-Use healing radios if you desperately need to refill your stamina instead of eating, frequencies are as follows:

-Hold SELECT ITEM or SELECT WEAPON button during torture as soon as volgin says " Well then let's get started" to avoid taking any damage during torture.

-Animals Camo, obtained by defeating Ocelot non lethally removes hand shaking regardless of stamina, it is as essential item.

-Use the "Cold War" camo during (Obtained by defeating Volgin non lethally) during bike chase, soldiers will be hesitant to shoot you when you are facing them.

-You can defeat Ocelot and Volgin(Only during the first battle) lethally. Do not do this if you are on a New Game, as you won't get the Animals and Cold War camo.
