Patient experimentation has helped me to construct this short list of keyboard and mouse controls.
I know it's rough and incomplete.

Please let me know what's missing and I'll add them to the list.

Let me know if you find the list useful as a handy memory-jogger.

Added Teleport, Quick select menu and Sidebar controls.

Added Toggle Stealth.

Space bar is also used for landing your Dragon

Command line key to get into the console is F1.
To climb up or down on the grapple line is Q/E

How do I GET to Overworld in the first place? How do I chop wood? How do I gather wheat or mine ore? What are the BASIC controls and why aren't they listed in the control tab?

MMB changes your melee weapon (at least one handed is why I've had yet) from one handed to two handed.

@stevenspilgrim You hold Mouse1 with the throwing axe equipped, like a power attack.

@Nade I believe it is a stance change after the flourish as when you do it with the throwing axe, you are unable to throw the axe but are able to do a power attack.

I dunno if its just me but I am unable to equip bombs and have to use them from my inventory directly
