Download and install Afterburner and keep RivaTuner Statistics Server checked. After everything is installed. Open the RivaTuner by the shortcut or opening the afterburner then look in the task bar hidden icons for RivaTuner. once it is opened click on add then go to the game downloaded location and add DesertStorm.exe. If you don't know where it is (most likely it will be C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\conflict_desert_storm) then go to your library on steam then right click on the game then click on properties then click on installed files and finally click on browse to see where the game is located. After you added that to RivaTuner then you set your framerate limit to 60 and turn off On-Screen Display support then minimize the window and launch the game and enjoy!!! :D
