Make anything a resupply point

*Fixed issue with Laser Designator batteries not being given

Features:

• Resupply Loadout which uses Load Respawn Loadout function
• Heal
• 3D Marker
• Map Marker
• Sound Effects

How To:
This works just like a zeus module, so it must be run from the zeus interface.
Zeus: Groups > Empty > Steam Subscribed Content > Services > [+] AIO Resupply (Module)
Place the composition on any editable object to add the actions to it.
