Opis
Boonewielder is a defensive powerhouse, updated for 1.9.0 and balanced around the Vanilla cast.

They wield the Boone, an esoteric (fictional) ritualistic weapon, shaped from a shard of metal to be 40% sharp, and 60% blunt. It destroys many projectiles on contact, while controlling massive amounts of space.

Their main mechanic is passive meter generation, constantly gaining meter while not in hitstun. However, many of their options are dependent on meter or resources to use. Manage this properly, and aim with precision and destruction.

Yes, the character is a block. All moves are animated to the best of my ability, and the character may be updated with optional skin(s) to replace the block with a more humanoid design.

Boonewielder's codex entry is as thorough as anyone can ask for, not only offering frames and hard data, but also (perhaps more crucially) guidelines, behavior and suggested usage for individual moves, on top of a general gameplan in the character's summary. It's perhaps one of the models for the ideal codex entry. Very well done.

@addict The squares on the HUD are Boonewielder's Charge stocks. Using the Charge special gives them a pip, and they can hold up to three charges at a time. A Charge stock is spent when Boonewielder uses any version of their Punish special, hit or miss (if they're interrupted, the stock is not spent).
