Create your own Mods for Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon and share them with the community on Steam! Before you embark on your modding adventure, we highly recommend you check out our modding and general guidelines!

Mod support was previously only available to Steam users who were on the Steam Early Preview branch - but as of August 13, 2024 this is no longer the case! Any user on the default branch can now access Mod Support.

Follow this link[www.yachtclubgames.com] for further instructions on how to switch back to the default branch if you were testing Early Preview builds before!

We also have created a Mod Support specific channel called #mod-support-skpd in the Yacht Club Games Discord[discord.gg]! As we receive feedback and make changes, we’ll often post updates in that channel and we’ll be updating our Update Notes[www.yachtclubgames.com] as changes are made, and bugs are fixed.

• Mods that violate the Steam Subscriber Agreement
  
• Mods with obfuscated or otherwise ambiguous code. Players and Yacht Club Games staff must be able to easily audit and verify the safety of the mod.
  
• Mods that contain paywalls, monetization, or any sort of paid content. This includes paid 3rd party skins, gameplay, "supporter early access" or anything provided in exchange for money.
  
• Mods cannot include and run 3rd party programs

• Please remember that modders are not required to support their mods; and while you are welcome to ask a modder to add, remove, or change parts of their mod, it is ultimately up to the modders whether they make any changes or not.
  
• Public mods must be complete and in working order with a full description of what the mod contains, with applicable screenshots and title image
  
• Mods intended to be just for personal use should not be published for public use.
  
• If you would like to modify and upload another person's mod as part of your own work, be sure to ask them for permission if none is specifically provided and provide proper credit as requested by the original creator.
  
• In cases where a mod has been abandoned, unfinished, or no longer compatible and has updated and reuploaded by another member; unless specifically stated otherwise the original mod will be considered abandoned and permitted to be stay unless otherwise directed in the original mods description or the original author requests removal; at which time the original mod will require specific permissions be added to the mod to deny re-use of the mod and the reuploaded mod will be removed.
  
• Please ensure that all content submitted follows the Steam subscriber agreement and Rules and Guidelines for User Generated Content
