Yeah, Heavy tanks require one to disable them with critical hits at weak spots. But that can usually warrant playing tank destroyers. But most TD's have exposed crews, long reloads and slow mobility so people opt not to use them. They rather use light tanks or spam mediums.

But then people get angry when light/ mediums can't effectively counter Heavies at times. Which fuels the issue of adding light tanks with post war guns at lower BR's like M56, T92, M50, Type-60, Sweden has alot of examples, and there's also the addition of the M36 with HEATFS.
