Easy Pancake Recipe:
1+1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1+1/4 cup of soy milk (water also works but not as tasty)
1 tablespoon oil (coconut oil really good for this recipe, also good for frying the pancakes after)
Goes good with maple syrup, fruit syrup, vegan chocolate spread, vegan whipped cream+fruits or vegan ice cream!
